Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the rider when the parcel is handed to you.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team will call or message you to confirm your name, phone number and address. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be put on hold or cancelled, so please keep your phone reachable.
Dispatch time
Orders confirmed before 6 PM PKT on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after that time, or on Sundays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
Usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, strikes or public holidays.
Tracking
We share your tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS after dispatch.
Delivery attempts
The courier will try to reach you on the phone number you gave. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the number is unreachable, the address is wrong, or the order is refused without a valid reason, we may not be able to send it again.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
