By using capshawls.store and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Last updated 30 September 2026.
1. Products and prices
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We try to show colours and details accurately, but they may look slightly different on different screens. We may change prices or product details at any time. The price at the time of your order applies.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone or message. We may cancel or refuse an order if it cannot be confirmed, if details look incorrect, if the item is out of stock, or if there is a pricing error.
3. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due in full when the parcel is delivered.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.
5. Exchanges and refunds
Governed by our Return and Exchange Policy.
6. Customer responsibilities
You agree to give correct name, phone number and address, to keep your phone reachable for order confirmation and delivery, and to accept parcels you have ordered. Repeated refused orders may lead us to stop accepting your future orders.
7. Intellectual property
All photos, text, logos and design on this site belong to Capshawls and may not be copied or used without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Capshawls is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
